Our Policy
Shipping
Star Accessories strives to keep our prices as moderate as possible. We ship our merchandise via USPS (United States Postal Service). This ensures that you will not incur high shipping cost (UPS, FedEx) can be quite costly to our customers. If you need your items within 1-2 day timeframe we do offer express mailing at your expense, please contact our office for this service. The cost is based upon the weight of your order. Ideally we send items out the next day to ensure immediate receipt of your order.
Exchange
Star Accessories accepts exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Once items are received you will be issued a credit for the amount of the merchandise. Items returned after 5 days are not eligible for exchange or credit. In the event that merchandise is damaged during the shipping process please notify our office upon receipt of your merchandise. We will gladly exchange your merchandise.
