Can I change my order once it is processed?
Unfortunately once an order is processed we have already pulled the merchandise and prepared it for its arrival to you.
Do you accept out of state orders?
Yes we will gladly accept your order. We have customers within the United States and Internationally. Please keep in mind International orders will have an additional shipping cost, please call to inquire about shipping charges prior to placing your order.
Can my order be shipped to my PO Box?
Star Accessories will ship your merchandise to any address you want to use for shipping purposes. The majority of our customers have their order shipped to their PO Box. We respect our customers request. We ship to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
What if I receive my merchandise and it was damaged due to shipping?
Star Accessories strives to package items so this will not happen we package your items in a secure cotton filled box and as an extra step we package your merchandise with foam to protect your items. However in the event that with all our efforts of precaution, the reality is that it is possible we request that you contact us upon receipt of the damaged merchandise and we will gladly replace your damaged items. We just request that you return your damaged items back to our office within days of receipt.

Star Accessories can definitely accommodate your request to host an accessory party. There are so many benefits as an Accessory Party Host.
